Beautiful sermon. Found your blog when I was looking for a way to complain to you about Govenor Cuomo’s comments about “Pro-Lifers”. I like to think God is amused by revealing himself in so many incredible ways. I came to your website with a fierce anger in my heart. Reading the nativity scene and remembering Mother Theresa, I am healed and full of joy. Thank you for what you do for all of us. I hope God blesses you as much as you have blessed me today. Warmest regards, Jim O’Brien, St. Augustine, Fl.

I am pro-life and I am thankful that that baby was found. Is the church interested in putting up the little signs like the ER’s and the fire stations have? I am still sadden by our departure from being part of the adoption process, We do need to better head the call to care for the Anawim.

I belong to the Holy Child Jesus Parish and I’m so humbled by Cardinal Dolan’s words because they are so true. Our parish is warm and friendly. Our priests are compassionate and devoted to their vocation. When I first learned about the abandoned baby, I prayed for him as well as his mom; because only in desperation would a mother abandon their child; I learned today that I was right, this poor lady was frightened and desperate. Thank God for Holy Child Jesus Parish, its priests, especially Father Heannu, and the entire community
