I love the objective sincerity of Cardinal Dolan. Thanks for your beautiful testimony of the Church of Africa. Despite all the problems we carry as a continent we are convinced of God’s love for us and propose that kind of conviction to society and culture. Let people experience Christ personally and they can reason with love.

I was really disappointed at the comments of His Eminence, Cardinal Kasper, which I consider to be a real betrayal of the Church’s universality. While the Church in Africa may not be materially rich in comparison to the West, she is very rich Spiritually and intellectually and so, have a lot to contribute to the universal Church.
Thank You your Eminence, Timothy Cardinal Dolan, for bringing this beautiful truth to the fore.

Francis, I am also disappointed in Cardinal Kasper and the “interim” report, the statements, the manipulation and agendas. It has come to light that the widespread acceptance of contraception has taken it’s toll not only with widespread abortion, approval of homosexual acts and divorce, but with Cardinals and Bishops who either approved of wide spread contraception and/or said nothing. These are not the Guides to be looking towards, these are in fact obvious blind guides, let’s hope they awaken and open their eyes to the Voice that speaks from those born into material poverty yet spiritual wealth.

God bless the African bishops. We should all remember and practice “the role of the Church is to transform the culture, not to be transformed by the culture.”
