    Yes, Catholic schools are a precious faith asset–just too bad that so many of them have been forced to either close or to become “academies”.

    stated Jesus used people on the periphery. These were fishermen, common men; not scribes, or lettered men…..All time disciple, missionary supreme, St. Paul WAS a scribe, taught by Gimmiel. St Paul was every bit well educated. A citizen of Rome, and not some Jewish street sweeper. Painting with a broad stroke. “Just another Bishop of the church.” Plenty of bad messages from Holy Father. Just have to pay attention,
