On this week’s Conversation with Cardinal Dolan show, I talked about our plan to reopen our parishes. We don’t have a date yet, but we have our strategy of phases and are taking every precaution necessary.

On this week’s Conversation with Cardinal Dolan , Father Dave Dwyer and I discussed the upcoming feast of Ascension Thursday. It’s a feast I love because we don’t celebrate that Jesus physically leaves us — we celebrate that Jesus is still with us.

In the words of Saint Peter, “Always be ready to give an explanation to anyone who asks you for a reason for your hope.” We listen to the One who called Himself the way, truth, and life. Fear is useless, what’s needed is trust.
